Au sein de notre équipe Brand et Communication, tu seras le-a magicien-ne qui rend nos contenus attrayants et élégants, aidant ainsi Resilience à rayonner et assurer sa crédibilité.
**En quoi ton poste participe-t-il à la réussite du projet de Resilience**:
Tu seras chargé-e de mettre en forme nos divers supports de communication afin de les rendre rapidement intelligibles et attractifs. Tu participeras à la cohérence visuelle globale permettant à Resilience d’être perçue à sa juste valeur, c’est-à-dire un acteur sérieux et crédible du monde de la santé.
**À quoi ressemble ton quotidien**:
- Mettre en forme les supports de communication physiques et digitaux de _Resilience_ (newsletters, flyers, présentations, réseaux sociaux, etc.) ;
- Concevoir les visuels publicitaires de _Resilience_, diffusés via ses canaux de communication (Facebook Ads, _Instagram Ads_, affiches, etc.) ;
- Implémenter et garantir la cohérence de l’identité _Resilience_ à travers tous les supports de communication ;
- Accompagner les équipes dans leurs différents besoin créatifs et veiller au bon usage de la charte graphique élaborée ;

**Quelques membres de ton équipe**:
L’équipe Communication & Brand est composée de 6 personnes. Elle est chargée de faire rayonner Resilience tant en interne qu’en externe et d’assurer la cohérence de son identité ainsi que de ses messages.
Sibylle est à la tête de l’équipe Communication & Brand. Elle a rejoint Resilience en septembre 2022 après son expérience chez Leetchi. Toujours à la recherche de bonnes adresses, elle vit à Paris et son FOMO l’oblige souvent à rester jusqu’à la fin des soirées
Gwenn, graphic & motion designer, a rejoint Resilience il y a plus de 2 ans. Il a fini son alternance l’été dernier pour rejoindre l’équipe à temps plein. Basé à Paris, il est passionné d’animation et a un grand sens de l’humour.
**Quelques mots sur ton/ta manager**:
Carole, Directrice de création, a rejoint Resilience en septembre 2022 après plusieurs années en agence, et notamment à Londres. Elle habite à Barcelone depuis septembre dernier et oblige souvent ses collègues à finir la soirée au karaoké.
**Le petit de ton équipe**:
Entre Paris, Nantes, Angoulême et Barcelone, l’équipe Brand & Communication est soudée, à taille humaine et travaille en transversalité avec toutes les autres équipes. Le pôle brand est tout récent, il y a donc plein de choses à inventer et mettre en place
**Profil recherché***:

- mettre en forme des contenus en appréhendant le fond et sublimant la forme
- suivre et respecter une charte graphique
- utiliser Figma et la suite Adobe (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

**Process de recrutement**:
- Interview 1 avec Carole pour s’assurer que ton profil corresponde bien à celui que nous recherchons. À l’issu de cet entretien, une étude de cas pourra t’être demandée.
- Interview 2 avec Carole pour débriefer de l’étude de cas
- Interview 3 avec Émilie afin de s’assurer que tu te projettes bien chez Resilience, que notre culture et nos valeurs te correspondent
