**Airbus Helicopters** recherche un **Head of Quality Assurance Conformity Blades** (f/h)** pour rejoindre notre Qualité basé à **Dugny, France**.
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe des pales d'hélicoptères.

**Vos challenges**:
Vous veillerez à ce que les processus opérationnels de l'entreprise soient conformes aux exigences d'assurance qualité, aux normes et aux certifications/approbations internes ou tierces telles que définies dans le Système de Gestion de la Qualité (QMS) et le plan qualité des produits.
Vous amènerez le personnel à participer à la démarche qualité
Vous adopterez une approche des processus adaptée et définirez les méthodes et outils qualité
Vous serez garant de la bonne mise en ?uvre du plan d'inspection/contrôle.
Vous surveillerez les statuts liés à la conformité et aux attestations.
En cas d'écarts, vous serez impliqué dans le traitement de la non-conformité, y compris l'analyse des écarts, le suivi des actions correctives et préventives, ainsi que la contribution à l'amélioration des normes de qualité.
Vous contribuerez à la mise en place d'outils de prévention (tels que APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, FIREWALL?).
Vous fournirez des preuves pour s'assurer de la satisfaction des exigences des clients.
Dans le développement de nouveaux produits / processus, vous vous assurerez que le retour d'expérience en lien avec les processus opérationnels et l'analyse des risques sont effectués au plus tôt, et que des normes de qualité préventives pertinentes sont utilisées afin d'atténuer les risques de non qualité.
Vous soutiendrez les processus nécessaires pour garantir la capacité de tenir les objectifs opérationnels du domaine concerné, tels que la gestion des ressources, le recrutement et les plans de développement. Et vous ferez également la promotion du modèle de leadership dans le périmètre de la Qualité Production, assurerez une communication efficace au sein de l'équipe et avec les interfaces clés.

Vous disposez d'une formation minimum Bac+2
Vous disposez d'une expérience minimum 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la qualité
Vous avez un expertise technique liée au poste : compétences clés / outils ou règlementation
Vous maitrisez les processus d'assurance qualité
Vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais professionnel : Communiquer, lire et rédiger des documents techniques, des rapports, des notes en anglais
