Join **Regate by Qonto as a Content and Communication Manager** and lead the creation of high-quality content that positions us as a thought leader in the accounting and financial software market. Your work will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our marketing strategy, with guidance from Madeleine, your supportive and collaborative manager.
** As a Content and Communication Manager at Regate by Qonto, you will**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across various formats, including articles, newsletters, webinars, social media posts, etc.
- Create and manage content on key themes such as electronic invoicing, AI's impact on accounting, new missions for accountants,etc.
- Organize and execute successful webinars, masterclasses, and roundtable discussions on relevant industry topics.
- Analyze content performance and ROI, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.

**About your future manager**:
Madeleine, your direct manager, brings a collaborative and supportive leadership style. She works closely with the content manager to co-construct the content strategy and provides guidance on roadmap creation. Madeleine values autonomy and encourages individual contributors to work independently while fostering collaboration within the larger organization.
**About You**:
- You have exceptional writing skills and a strong editorial background, ideally with experience in journalism or a similar field.
- You possess content creation expertise, with the ability to produce various types of content including blog posts, white papers, and press releases.
- You have a marketing acumen, understanding content marketing strategies and aligning content with business goals.
- You have analytical skills to track and analyze content performance and ROI.
- You are ideally familiar with the accounting and financial software market, particularly for accounting professionals.
