**The Opportunity**:
As a Customer Service you will join the fast-moving company in the Europe team.
We are looking for a dynamic, customer centric and organized person who will bring experience and enthusiasm to a team and demonstrate the willingness to exceed targets and grow with the business.
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting recruitment with administrative procedures.
- Providing advice and support to applicants by telephone and video calls
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding all team targets.
- Engage and nurture relationships from initial student contact through them arriving in class.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Outgoing, ambitious, and having a clear interest on sales.
- Multitasking and flexibility are instrumental for the success on the role.
- Attention to details, organized and positive attitude are key.
- Extroverted and people persons are necessary for the role.
- A flexible and positive outlook and growth mindset.
