**GoodNews **est née à Barcelone en septembre 2020 (Covid 19) avec un objectif clair : ramener les good vibes dans les quartiers en réinventant les kiosques à journaux traditionnels et en les transformant en point de rencontre. À ce jour, nous avons réussi à apporter nos Good Vibes dans 28 établissements, plus de 2000 foyers et 100 bureaux à Barcelone, Madrid et Paris.
**Notre mission** est de mener la révolution du café et des boissons fonctionnelles en Europe, en inspirant un mode de vie plus optimiste, sain et respectueux avec l'environnement. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **Area Manager** pour rejoindre notre

**Tâches à accomplir**:
- Supervision générale des points de vente de la zone, en veillant à l'excellence du service à la clientèle.
- Gestion du personnel, des équipes et des congés afin d'assurer une couverture adéquate des points de vente.
- Transmission des valeurs et de la culture de GoodNews à l'équipe, en favorisant un environnement positif et motivant.
- Communication interne avec l'équipe pour l'informer des nouveautés et des objectifs.
- Marchandisage visuel : supervision de la présentation visuelle du magasin et de la disposition des produits.
- Réunions de mise à jour avec différents départements (ressources humaines, opérations et marketing) afin de maintenir une communication fluide et d'assurer l'alignement des objectifs et des stratégies.
- Identification des possibilités d'optimisation des processus afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité des points de vente.
**Exigences**:
- Une expérience préalable dans des fonctions de supervision ou de gestion d'équipe dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration est souhaitable.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément en prêtant attention aux détails.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. L'espagnol est un plus.
- Compétences en matière de leadership.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et capacité à travailler efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Compétences proactives et efficaces en matière de résolution de problèmes.

**Offre**:
