**Mission and Main Objectives**:

- Support Projects and Activities in Retailer Network Development Department covering
- Business Planning
- Performance Monitoring
- Dealer Relationship Management
- Dealer Big Group Management
- Projects Support

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Support process of creation of annual business plan of the department for Africa-Middle-East-India-Europe-Oceania (AMIEO) region
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for organization of half-yearly functional business review meeting forums covering regional headquarters and country offices
- Support organization - business content and logistics - of Nissan senior executives round table meetings with dealer representation boards
- Co-ordinate with Nissan Global team and local country offices towards dealer satisfaction and relationship survey, followed by support in building improvement action plan
- Support function team on dealer big group performance monitoring and management actions
- Evaluate monthly performance of Nissan's Retail Network across the AMIEO region
- Support major regional projects such as Dealer Performance Management and Nissan Dealer Database management

**Background & Experience**:

- Completed or undergoing MBA/Masters in Management/equivalent
- Avid interest in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Interest and ability in data management and analysis
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
