En tant que stagiaire Customer Success, vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe de Customer Success dont la mission est d’assurer la satisfaction des utilisateurs et utilisatrices de notre logiciel Horizon (une soixantaine de coachs vers l’emploi BimBamJob et plusieurs centaines de travailleurs sociaux et conseillers en insertion professionnelle dans toute la France)

Vos tâches principales:

- Répondre aux questions des utilisateurs et utilisatrices par mail (et parfois téléphone) et faire le lien avec l’équipe technique pour le traitement des suggestions et bugs
- Assurer des formations au logiciel
- Mettre en place des ressources pour faciliter l’utilisation (guide utilisateur, vidéos de démo, newsletter )
- Accompagner les utilisateurs et utilisatrices pour identifier comment intégrer au mieux le logiciel dans leurs pratiques d’accompagnement des personnes
