**Marketing & Business Development Energy Services, Section Manager**

**About the job**

Overall objectives to be achieved: The mission of the Nissan Energy team is to develop a fully electric ecosystem around the battery technology which includes from energy storage systems to vehicle-to-grid services and how we integrate these technologies in our customer's day-to-day transforming not only the way drive but also the way they live.

As part of Nissan Energy team, you will serve as a strategic contributor understanding the energy market (Smart charging, V2X, solar and storage), the customer and the value of the products and services to define the optimal marketing mix.

Maximize the product and services performance (profit/volume). Identify the differentiating point to deliver the right story to the right target and in the right way.

Define and manage mid-term and short-term business objectives.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop energy service value proposition for AMIEO region: AC Charger, installation, smart charging, smart tariff contract, solar PVs, home energy management systems, home storage and vehicle-to-everything.
- Responsible to understand and drive product attractiveness, USP, positioning, pricing strategy, as well as to support local business cases, define overall dealer margin and sales incentives framework.
- Go to market planning & implementation - including coordination with other marketing functions.
- Strategy & budget definition. Monitor performance, planning and forecast.
- Implement and coordinate 360 efforts across Europe, developing and implementing best practices, and executing strategy to drive effectiveness across the markets.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure the success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including energy partners and suppliers is key.
- Monitor and evaluate market conditions, customer needs, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Other flagship projects may be part of the scope.

**Background, experience and education**:

- University degree required.
- +5 years of relevant professional experience in energy sector, charging infrastructure, e-mobility.
- Business and/or Marketing background in the automotive sector/energy sector

**Skills, abilities and languages**:

- English skills for written and verbal communications required.
- ** Effective Communicator**: Advanced interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills necessary. The ability to effectively communicate strategy, status, progress, issues, and changes to diverse audiences.
- ** Adaptability**: A knack for thriving in a dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining project flexibility.
