Underwriting Assistant International Office Casualty

Vous serez rattaché(e) au Operation Manager International Office Casualty

Rôle et objectif du poste:

- Le poste s’inscrit dans la fonction Opérations et Technologie, plus précisément du département Police locale Casualty.
- Fournir des services d'administration de la souscription de grande qualité et efficaces aux diverses activités de Souscription auxquelles nous apportons un support en tant que Middle Office.
- Apporter un support à la Souscription et s'assurer que les processus administratifs relatifs au cycle de vie complet des polices sont gérés de manière efficiente de A à Z et avec un niveau de qualité élevé au service de parties prenantes internes et externes.

Responsabilités et activités:

- Collaborer avec la Souscription dans le cadre de la préparation des éléments d’information nécessaires pour une affaire nouvelle ou en renouvellement.
- Assurer les montages d’assurance et leur mise en place en adéquation avec les contraintes réglementaires, techniques et administratives, en lien avec les courtiers et la souscription.
- Assurer le suivi de l’activité dont il a la charge: Enregistre et valide la qualité des informations dans le système d’information, assure les différentes relances auprès des apporteurs et les suivis des reportings d’activités.
- Etudier, établir les contrats et avenants, et les saisir dans les systèmes d’informations.
- Traiter et répondre aux demandes provenant de clients/courtiers immédiatement et en référer à la Souscription si nécessaire.
- Collaborer avec la souscription pour tester les nouvelles affaires, remplir les devis et participer aux réunions des courtiers et du renouvellement.

- Souscription, Sinistres, Réassurance cédée, collègues du Middle Office, Credit Control, assurés, courtiers, coassureurs

Nous recherchons les connaissances et compétences suivantes:

- Bac+5 et/ou 2-3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d’Underwriting assistant dans une compagnie d’assurance et/ou société de courtage dans un contexte international.
- Bonnes Connaissance des normes courantes du secteur et des montages des programmes internationaux.
- Solides capacités d'organisation.
- Compétences analytiques indispensables.
- Capacité à synthétiser des volumes d'informations importants.
- Excellentes qualités de communication et de collaboration.
- Excellentes expression écrite et communication orale.
- Anglais.
