**Job Description Summary**: As related customer equipment, faciliaties or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Project Execution Strategy: Based on the contract, helps develop and implement the overall strategy for the execution of the project to achieve the project performance goals.
- Communication: represents GE towards the customer; controls and manages this interface and relationship. Manages the internal and external communication loop.
- Project Organization: Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project. Support the organization of the project team.
- Project and Contract Performance Management: Constantly monitors and if requested reports the necessary key performances indicators (KPI). Takes immediately all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee financial, time, quality and safety performance to maximize project goals achievements.
- Customer Focus: Focusing customer satisfying and performs voice of customer regularly
- Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management: Establishes, implements and monitors the Project Quality Plan, Procedures, EHS Plan. Ensures best compliance with specification at lowest final cost.
- Project Quality: Defines and support team on Technical contract requirements, specifications, technical regulations and implement the needs on project specific documents with regular follow ups of related functions
- Lessons Learned & NCRs&RCAs: Close follow up Project NCRs and related RCAs where needed. If any Lessons learned for the project, organizing related function to implement and follow the necessary actions
- Claim Management : supports the strategy for managing claims, and directs actions accordingly. Addresses claims by deciding on actions and leading them in consideration of the defined strategy.
- Risk and Opportunities & FMEA: Coordinates Project Risk Management Plans and FMEA Plans with internal stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Develops and monitors the Master Time Schedule with project stakeholders, manages Project float to ensure timely completion of the Project
- Exercise commercial and finance controls during the execution of the project with regular reporting and forecasting of project metrics and KPIs
- Support regular coordination of technical support/engineering, manufacturing/supply and construction &commissioning resources.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Significant experience with focus on Project Management and/or International Projects Execution
- Experience in EPC, Energy or Manufacturing Industry
- Strong commercial/contract and financial acumen
- Build strong local and regional relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English and Strong level of German required (management of projects with German contracts)
- Ability and willingness to travel

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Professional experience in Hydro or Power Generation will be highly regarded
- Additional languages skills would be a plus
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global team environment
- Highly self-motivated
