**Stagiaire People & Culture - Formation & Recrutement ( H/F)**
- Stage de 6 mois à partir de juin 2024
- **MISSIONS**
- Préparer & suivre les formations Mandarin Oriental
- Être amené à échanger avec nos chefs de service au sujet des formations en cours
- Accueillir & installer tout formateur extérieur
- Préparer et/ou décorer les salles de formation quand nécessaire
- Saisir toute formation faite pour chacun des collaborateurs dans notre base de données
- Suivre les nuits de familiarisation de nos collaborateurs
- Traduire des contenus de formation de l’Anglais au Français quand nécessaire
- Venir en support si besoin pour tout événement People & Culture
- Assurer la présence des collaborateurs aux formations
- Réaliser la communication interne de nos formations
- Assister la Responsable recrutement de la diffusion des annonces jusqu'à l'embauche
- Participer à des forums recrutement
- Tri et diffusion des CV auprès des chefs de service, planification des entretiens
**PROFIL RECHERCHE**
- Généreux et pro-actif, vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d’initiative, votre créativité et votre excellent sens relationnel.
- Organisé et rigoureux, vous avez un sens de la gestion des priorités et vous aimez intervenir sur des sujets variés.
- Vous avez un goût prononcé et un talent pour la communication orale et écrite.
- La pratique de l’anglais courant oral et écrit
- Confidentialité et discrétion sont des valeurs indispensables
- Autonomie, organisation, dynamisme, esprit d'équipe, gestion des priorités et des imprévus.
- Être à l’aise avec les outils du Pack Office : Excel, Powerpoint
