Nous recherchons un stagiaire Data Privacy pour rejoindre le département Risk et Compliance pour 6 mois.
Les équipes Conformité font partie du département d'Euronext "Risk and Compliance", dédié à la gestion des risques et à la conformité. Les équipes contribuent à notre responsabilité en matière de contrôle, en préservant la valeur de nos activités et la réputation de l'entreprise. L'identification et l'évaluation des risques, la mise en œuvre de mesures d'atténuation, l'information et la sensibilisation du personnel et des entreprises, le suivi et le contrôle sont communs à toutes les activités d'audit, de risque et de conformité.
Cette mission de stage se fera en collaboration directe avec le Data Protection Officer, au sein du département Conformité d'Euronext.
Le stagiaire Data Privacy aura notamment pour missions principales:
- La mise à jour du registre des traitements des données- L’aide et le suivi à la réalisation des analyses d’impacts relative à la protection de la vie privée pour les projets mineurs,- La validation des clauses contractuelles relatives à la protection des données personnelles en lien avec le département juridique- La participation aux programmes de contrôle,- La rédaction de clauses types.
- Etudiant(e), en dernière année d’une formation Bac +4/5 spécialisée dans la protection des données personnelles, vous avez idéalement une première expérience en cabinet d’avocats ou en entreprise sur le sujet. Vous avez également un goût prononcé pour les marchés financiers.
- Rigoureux, organisé, doté d'un excellent relationnel et de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, vous maîtrisez l'outil informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint..).
- La maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) est indispensable.
