**What Do We Do?**:

**Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier**, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, **Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030**, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 3 years, we have:

- Deployed 300 stations and over 1700 fast-charging points
- Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
- Opened several offices in France and Europe
- Raised over €750 million in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
- Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award
- Assembled a team of over 220 talentsand this is just the beginning

**Your Missions**:
As a Sales Operations Lead at Electra, you’ll be key in enabling Electra’s expansion and revenue teams to succeed. Your contributions will focus on optimizing sales processes to drive performance, productivity and alignment within the sales teams.

**Your team**:
You’ll join the PerfOps team, whose aim is to improve the company's overall performance, and in particular that of the operational teams (sales, roll-out, legal, procurement, asset management).

**‍️‍️Your responsibilities**:
**Data analysis**
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and metrics tracking in tools like Hubspot or Metabase (our BI tool)
- Monitor key sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve individual and team performance.
- Run weekly and monthly performance analyses to track progress & support strategic decisions

**Process management**
- Collaborate with sales leaders to streamline and improve processes that drive deal velocity and conversion rates.
- Design and implement strategies to ensure high data quality and accuracy in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Support the expansion and revenue teams in building a seamless, integrated sales pipeline.

‍️ **Training and sales enablement**
- Support training and onboarding for new sales tools and processes.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
- Assist sales teams with ad-hoc requests, including sales data queries, report generation, and troubleshooting.

**Your Profile**:
- **Experience**: You have 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations and are familiar with the startup / SaaS industry.
- **Project management**: You have strong project management knowledge. You’re recognized for your communication skills across teams.
- **Balance big picture and detail**: You can manage complex business problems and you are curious to dive into detailed data (SQL is a +), while still being able to see the big picture.
- **Continuous improvement**: you strive to get better every day even if it means learning from your own mistakes.
- **Flexible**: You are at ease in a fast-paced environment and are also able to work with tight deadlines.
- **Languages**: You speak French and English fluently. You thrive in an international environment.
