**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking for a **Product Manager Assistant **to work on our **Fragrance category (Fragrance, Hand & Body, Home) **to assist our **Product Managers** in their tasks. As a member of our amazing Beauty Development team, you will collaborate with our design and purchasing teams to analyze, imagine, mock-up, develop, and produce new products for the fragrance category.

This internship will be an opportunity to learn about beauty product development within a fast-growing niche brand where creativity is strong and at the core of how we work

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Product development & full 360 campaign projects**
- Nourish the strategic thinking and helping to build a strategic vision for the core business of the brand.
- Contribute to the implementation of 360 package for the launch of our fragrance campaign (2 per year) and coordinate different services (Studio, Press, GTM, VM ) to reach a great and complete launch.
- Oversee every detail of product development with our development and production partners at PUIG.

**Analysis and monitoring**
- Perform monthly analysis of the brand's performance.
- Prepare market analyses and competitive intelligence reports (new launches, market benchmarks, price positioning, store check...).
- Report on creative intelligence: keeping an eye out on the latest creative trends (in cosmetics, design, lifestyle ) and update the team.

**Development follow-up**
- Participate in the briefing of internal teams (creative studio, supply team, operational and trade marketing teams) and external teams (suppliers, mock-up agency).
- Contribute to the operational follow-up of the product development (artworks, e-proofs, formulas...) and coordinate with the creative team (concept and product design, 3D visuals, follow-up of schedules, various needs...).
- Assist in the follow-up of suppliers: participating in project monitoring meetings, monitoring schedules, anticipating, and responding to suppliers’ needs, sending mock-ups and prototypes...
- Participate in the conceptual research for new products (concepts, names, mood boards )
- Coordinate with other departments: purchasing, press, operational marketing, training, etc.

**Cross-functional**
- Contribute to the organization of meetings with Puig top management.
- Contribute to the organization of international meetings.
- Assist with budget monitoring.

- BYREDO supply team; Suppliers (based in France mainly).
- PUIG Operations team.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER**
- You are a Master's student in a business school / Marketing school / Fashion business school or equivalent university.
- You are looking for a 6-month internship starting from January 2025 for 6 months.
- You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university.
- You ideally have previous experience in marketing development in the luxury industry.
- You are fluent in French (to interact with French-speaking suppliers) and English. Spanish would be appreciated.
