We have an opportunity for a **JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER **within our FINE FRAGRANCE teams at our Paris Office (75017).

**The Job Description & Key Responsibilities**

You will work under the responsibility of the Fine Fragrance Marketing Group Manager and will be in charge of the following missions:
1. Reactive: Holding a portfolio of European and international clients
- Analyzing market and customers dynamics
- Understanding customer stakes and answering in a tailor-made way
- Building inspiring marketing supports for fragrance submissions (concepts, storytelling, design, events)

2. Proactive: Building Trends presentations based on consumer insights and societal trends
- Tracking novelties, chasing consumer trends
- Identifying market opportunities and white spaces (conceptual or olfactive developments)
- Creating inspiring presentations, supporting olfactory development with the evaluation team and conducting the presentation in front of customers

3. Building Market Tools & Market Overviews
- Monitoring new product launches within EMEA region
- Developing screening tools for new products
- Analyzing market reviews (market rankings and olfactory insights) of all fragrance markets worldwide

**Your Experience and Professional Profile**

Above all, we're looking for a personality. Someone who is passionate about perfume, with an entrepreneurial spirit, positive, who listens to the market and to customers, and who wants to create the perfumes of tomorrow.
- Masters degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of experience in Fine Fragrance marketing, ideally within the Fragrance industry, either as a brand manager or in a fragrance house
- English fluency: good spoken and written skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
- A real passion for Fragrances (history, icons, novelty), a perfumery school would be a plus
- Strong sense of aesthetics and taste for creativity
- Good story-telling capacity
- Stand out presenter
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and team-spirit
