Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe l’activité de réparation et maintenance des composants d’hélicoptères. Au sein de l’équipe d’offres, vous serez impliqué(e) dans la préparation de propositions commerciales visant à contractualiser à l’heure de vol la réparation et maintenance des composants des opérateurs d’hélicoptères.

**Vos challenges**:

- Comprendre le besoin et le profil de mission du client, et collecter les informations nécessaires pour la préparation de l’offre
- Préparer et valider l’offre en conformité avec les règles de politique commerciale de l’entreprise et les objectifs de revenus et profitabilité, en coordination avec les vendeurs et l’équipe des offres complexes
- Evaluer les risques et opportunités de l’offre (financiers/logistiques/contractuels) et définir les actions de mitigation si applicable
- Soutenir les vendeurs dans les négociations de l’offre avec le client, sur demande
- Evaluer et valider les déviations contractuelles pendant la phase d’offre
- Anticiper la passation de l’offre au gestionnaire de contrat pour permettre la bonne exécution des contrats à leur entrée en vigueur
- Etre référent dans l’équipe pour une région donnée : agir en point d’entrée privilégiée, connaître les spécificités et opportunités majeures de la région, suivre le développement du business en coordination avec les vendeurs en charge

**Votre profil**:

- Niveau scolaire requis : master commerce, finances ou technique
- Niveau d’expérience professionnelle minimum attendu : 5 ans, de préférence dans l’industrie aéronautique et les services de réparation
- Expertise technique liée au poste : connaissances des concepts financiers, capacité à comprendre et négocier des contrats, connaissances techniques de l’appareil sont un plus, compréhension des contraintes d’exportation
- Esprit analytique et rigueur
- Capacité à coordonner des parties prenantes et travailler en équipe
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
- Anglais : Avancé

The Component MRO Offers department (ESRBO) is part of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Business organization within Support & Services.

Our transversal team (AH/AHD) of 11 is in charge of preparing By the Hour offers & Catalogue pricing for Component MRO on the full helicopter range, and to monitor the business development of MRO components services worldwide in line with sales and profitability targets.

**Challenges**

As an offer manager, your primary mission will be to prepare the offer for MRO services (in particular By-the-hour services), in the frame of the Commercial policy, and to support the Sales department in the contractual negotiations with customer until signature of the contract.
