**Permanent Contract - Community Manager & Content Creator France** (M/F/X)

Within the Social Media Europe team, reporting to the Head of Social Media France and kead by the Social Media Manager France, **_yo_**_u will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**

**Implement the social media strategy**:

- Develop SEPHORA's awareness and engagement on social networks
- Increase the number of subscribers, stimulate interactions (likes, shares, comments)
- Animate communities: answer questions, moderate conversations, launch debates, manage comments and private messages.

**Create and capitalize on social media trends**:

- Embody content on behalf of SEPHORA France.
- Be in charge of capturing and editing content produced in-store to support commercial activities, SEPHORA events, or those of our partner brands.

**Analyzer performance & benchmark competition**
- Be responsible for identifying the latest trends in the beauty industry.
- Monitor innovation in social media.
- Evaluate the deployment of the French social media strategy to monitor editorial and community management effectiveness.
- Create a monthly report related to annual objectives and the sharing of community insights (including brand launches, beauty events, specific campaigns, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor e-reputation: Identify brand mentions, analyze sentiment, manage negative reviews, report important information.

- Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing and/or Communication
- You have at least 2+ years in social media community management
- An appetite for both creative and interpersonal aspects
- Excellente communication and writing skills
- Mastery of social networks and content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Fluent English is essential.

Au sein de l’équipe Social Media Europe, rattaché au Responsable Social Media France et au Social Media Manager France, **_vous excellerez et vous épanouirez dans ce poste si vous êtes prêt à _**

**Mettre en œuvre la stratégie social media**:

- Développer la notoriété et l'engagement de SEPHORA sur les réseaux sociaux
- Accroître le nombre d'abonnés, stimuler les interactions (likes, partages, commentaires),
- Animer les communautés : répondre aux questions, modérer les conversations, lancer des débats, gérer les commentaires et les messages privés.

**Créer et rebondir sur les trends social media**:

- Incarner les contenus pour le compte de SEPHORA France.
- Avoir la charge de la captation et le montage des contenus réalisées en magasin pour soutenir les animations commerciales, les événements SEPHORA ou de nos marques partenaires.

**Analyser les performances & monitorer la concurrence**:

- Avoir la charge d’identifier les dernières tendances dans l'industrie de la beauté.
- Surveiller l'innovation dans les médias sociaux.
- Évaluer le déploiement de la stratégie social media France pour suivre l’efficacité éditoriale et de Community management.
- Construire un rapport mensuel en lien avec les objectifs annuels et le partage d’insights communauté incluant les lancements de marque, les événements beauté, des campagnes spécifiques...) et identifier les axes d'amélioration.
- Surveiller la e-réputation : Identifier les mentions de la marque, analyser les sentiments, gérer les avis négatifs, remonter les informations importantes.
