**Qui sommes-nous ?**:
Numias est une **Fintech **lancée il y a un an et aujourd'hui, nous sommes une vingtaine de passionnés par le monde des **cryptos **avec une vision commune : _Dans un avenir proche, la plupart des services financiers seront basés sur la blockchain._

Notre mission est de permettre aux entreprises d'accéder à cette nouvelle typologie de services financiers de manière simple, transparente et sécurisée.

Pour cela, nous développons une API qui va permettre de créer des wallets, recevoir des fonds et de les convertir afin de réaliser des paiements et de se faire payer _(en FIAT et en Crypto)._

Nous venons de lever **2,1 M€** pour développer notre MVP et nous préparons notre ouverture prochaine à **l'Europe** et aux **États-Unis.**

**Quel est le rôle d'un Product Manager chez Numias ?**:
En tant que PM, travailleras en étroite collaboration avec Bertrand, un de nos trois fondateurs, Yassine, notre Product Manager et toute l'équipe tech _(12 personnes)_ afin de développer l'API la plus performante possible.

Quelques-unes de tes missions:

- tu rédigeras des spécifications et de la documentation dans le but de développer notre API et nos outils de back-office
- tu analyseras la documentation des différents partenaires que nous serons susceptibles d'intégrer à notre produit
- tu seras en charge de la préparation et du maintien de notre backlog de développement
- et tu auras la responsabilité de lancer notre stratégie de tests (rédaction des scénarios de test et assurance qualité pour valider les fonctionnalités)

Sur la partie stratégique:

- tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec Grégoire, notre CRO, afin de développer et d'améliorer les nouvelles features main dans la main avec nos Product Design Partners
- tu analyseras nos concurrents directs et indirects
- et tu contribueras à la définition de notre positionnement stratégique et de marché

**Le profil que nous recherchons**:

- 4 à 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Manager
- une première expérience produit sur des **services de paiements**:

- tu désires contribuer à la construction d'un produit SaaS BtoB
- tu fonctionnes en méthode Agile
- tu as une approche centrée utilisateurs et data

**Notre process de recrutement**:

- Call de qualification avec François, notre talent manager _(30 min)_
- Entretien visio avec Bertrand, co-fondateur, COO et futur manager _(30 min)_
- Cas pratique à la maison _(à préparer en 2 h)_
- Restitution et débrief du cas pratique avec Bertrand et Yassine, notre PM _(1 h)_
