Un poste de **Quality Conformance Manager (F/H) **vient de s'ouvrir sur le site Airbus Atlantic de Mérignac.
Intégré à l’Assurance Qualité Opérations, pour le programme ATR, nous souhaitons continuer à dynamiser notre amélioration qualité et animer efficacement notre suivi d’actions.
Vous aimez le contact avec le produit et les équipes, vous êtes orientés terrain et cherchez à donner du sens à vos actions, vous serez moteur dans la culture du changement.
**Missions**:
- Vous analysez des réclamations clients sous diverses formes, vous y répondez dans les temps de manière pertinente et facilitez la mise en œuvre les plans d’actions associés
- Vous supportez les équipes opérationnelles sur des analyses techniques
- Vous coordonnez et pilotez des PPS
- Vous réalisez des projets de réduction de coûts qualité (réduction de contrôles produit ou process) en maintenant le niveau de conformité produit
- Vous mettez à jour le plan de contrôle
- Vous préparez et validez les Revues Premier Article (FAI) pour le make
- Vous êtes garant de la réalisation des AMDECs Process et analysez les impacts potentiels de modifications sur nos produits/Process pour mettre sous contrôle les modifications qualité s’imposant
- Vous serez amenés à réaliser des surveillances de procédés spéciaux en atelier selon un planning établi pour supporter vos collègues et suivre les plans d’actions associés
- Vous réalisez le reporting nécessaire de votre périmètre
Le positionnement de ce poste est central et nécessite d'être polyvalent et technique (Connaissances Produits)
**Profil recherché**:
- Ingénieur avec expérience industrielle dans la qualité, l'amélioration continue et la production
- Savoir Être : Rigueur, méthodique, esprit d’équipe, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, bonne communication, autonomie et force de proposition
- Connaissances logiciels : Google Workspace, logiciels pour consultation de plans
- Connaissance des outils d’amélioration : 5S/Ishikawa/Résolution de problèmes
- Connaissances Techniques : Connaissances générales EN9100 (système Qualité/Traçabilité), lecture de plans, très bonnes notions techniques aéronautiques, procédés de fabrication, maitrise des instruments de contrôle traditionnels, connaissances métrologique, gestion de projet
- Langues : anglais intermédiaire (B1) et français courant
