**Position**:
La Maison PATOU relancée en 2019 fait partie des nouveaux joyaux du Fashion Group LVMH. PATOU est avant tout une marque historique en renaissance. Maison à taille humaine et encore en plein développement, PATOU recherche son/sa Head of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing pour développer l’activité e-commerce et digitale sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Générale.

Vos principales responsabilités:

- **Acquisition de trafic**:

- Définir la stratégie paid search en collaboration avec l’agence partenaire
- Définir la stratégie paid social en collaboration avec l’agence partenaire et mettre en place des adaptations selon les marchés ciblés
- **Gestion e-commerce**:

- Piloter la mise en avant des collections en collaboration avec les équipes Merchandising, Produit et Production
- Optimiser en continu le site e-commerce, mettre en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour améliorer les performances, analyser et optimiser les parcours clients en collaboration avec l’agence de développement (pilotage de la TMA et des projets fonctionnels)
- Superviser les opérations logistiques e-commerce et le service client
- **CRM**:

- Définir la stratégie CRM (newsletters) : faire grandir la base de données, définir les push newsletters
- Mettre en place une stratégie relationnelle personnalisée
- **Marketplace**:

- Piloter la performance des ventes en marketplace
- **Pilotage et reporting**:

- Piloter le P&L e-commerce et marketing digital
- Assurer les reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels des KPIs et participer à leur optimisation et leur construction
- Mettre en place des plans d’action et des opérations ad hoc pour développer le chiffre d’affaires
- Définir les achats de collection avec un objectif d’efficacité commerciale
- Piloter et challenger les agences partenaires dans une optique de performance et de rentabilité

Vous managez un E-Commerce Officer en CDI et un Assistant Marketing Digital en stage.

**Profile**:
Vous avez au moins 8 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de sites e-commerce et dans l’optimisation des leviers d’acquisition

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), habitué(e) à gérer de multiples projets et à prioriser les tâches

Vous aimez combiner missions stratégiques et opérationnelles

Vous avez de fortes capacités analytiques et êtes orienté(e) data

Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances opérationnelles des leviers du e-commerce dans un contexte international (Europe, Asie, Amériques)

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché de la mode et de ses enjeux

Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et le français

La connaissance de Shopify Plus et de Klaviyo est un atout

Vous avez une expérience en management
