Reporting to Senior HR Business Partner, the Senior HR Advisor will be supporting Subsea 7 offices in France & across Africa in fulfilment of their hiring needs & providing generalist HR advice and support.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and strategy.
- Develop & monitor HR Metrices.
- Assist in the delivery of an efficient, timely and accurate Human Resources services to managers and employees.
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day aspects of recruitment and selection process in alignment with budgets.
- Assist with the implementation and development of initiatives, which promote and develop constructive Employee Relations within the AMEC and between other Subsea 7 business units with the HRBP.
- Ensure the Performance Management Review is embedded in the AMEC and that any training needs are documented and actioned by the Learning and Development team.
- Participate in the implementation of any global HR initiatives such as Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, HR Policy, and Process developments as applicable.
**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- 8-10 years within a similar role, providing HR advice to management and employees.
- Fluent English & French speaker.
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources Information Systems particularly SAP.
- A good working knowledge of employment legislation and ability to interpret HR policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- The ability to demonstrate an adaptable approach and collaboration.
- Proven ability to multitask and ensure effective delivery of priorities to meet operational demands.
- Ability to produce work of a presentable standard which is accurate and with an emphasis on attention to detail.
**PERSONAL SKILLS**
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creative problem solving - able to suggest and develop new methods and ways of working.
- Sound communication skills - able to communicate ideas and results to various stakeholders both in written reports and in meetings, presentations etc.
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision.
- The ability to organize and prioritize own work and as such have responsibility for discrete work packages ongoing simultaneously.
