Depuis 2015, le groupe s’est fortement développé avec sa marque First Education Online, qui propose une offre certifiante avec les meilleures grandes écoles de commerce et d’ingénieurs (HEC Paris, ESCP Business School, Columbia Business School, CentraleSupélec, Mines Paris,)

Pour contribuer à l’accélération que le groupe est en train de donner à son développement, nous recherchons un **Responsable Business Development** pour notre marque First Education Online (FEO) (création de poste).
**Responsabilités**:
En tant que Responsable Business Development First Education Online, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le management de nos équipes commerciales et marketing. Vous supervisez notre call center externe dédié à la vente B2C FEO ainsi que l’activité Marketing B2C et B2B pour développer notre offre FEO. Vous aurez trois missions principales:
- **Développer le Chiffres d’affaires FEO**:_
- Développer le CA FEO B2C via une coordination et structuration de notre call center externe ;
- Développer le CA FEO B2B via une coordination des efforts commerciaux de nos Key Account Managers et Business Developers B2B. Prendre et participer aux RDVs commerciaux clés en tant qu’expert de l’offre FEO ;
- **Améliorer le Go to Market de nos différents certificats FEO**:_
- Coordonner les efforts entre notre Directeur associé en charge des partenariats Grandes Écoles, notre service Digital Learning en charge de l’animation, notre Service Marketing et notre service commercial pour assurer une communication parfaite des dates de lancement et de fin de nos programmes, le nombre de sessions sur nos outils internes et notre site internet. Coordination des efforts marketing et commerciaux pour faire connaître nos certificats une fois mis sur le marché. Mise en place d’argumentaires dédiés, cadencement des calendriers de communication, webinaires etc;
- Fluidifier les process internes afin d’améliorer le support fourni à nos apprenants et clients FEO dans l’optique de satisfaire au mieux nos clients.
- **Superviser le Digital Marketing FEO**_ _:_
- Superviser les actions digital marketing auprès de nos cibles B2C et B2B pour faire connaître notre offre FEO et développer la marque FEO ;
- Coordonner, organiser, participer aux actions de marketing sur les salons spécialisés en France ;
- Organiser et développer les actions de marketing sur le marché Africain ;
- Force de proposition en termes de partenariats potentiels.
**Profil Recherché**:
- Bac +5 : Diplômé d’école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs ;
- Expérience professionnelle de 7 années minimum ;
- Expérience significative dans l’univers du digital learning et de l'éducation/formation ;
- Expérience de management de projet et managériale ;
- Profil mixte de “manager” mais aussi de “Doer” ;
- Excellentes connaissances Marketing ;
- Esprit d’équipe, excellent communicant ;
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière cross fonctionnelle et cross départements ;
- Autonomie, esprit d'initiative, dynamisme et orientation vers les résultats ;
- Anglais courant ;
- Possibles déplacements ponctuels à l’étranger.
