Votre mission:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de comptes, vous l’accompagnerez dans ses missions diverses en étant son bras droit. Ce stage vous permettra d’appréhender de façon opérationnelle tous les rouages d’un grand compte international sur ses dimensions stratégiques.
Projets transverses à gérer en collaboration avec les équipes internes : vous serez acteur de la bonne cohésion et de la communication au sein du compte.
Suivi financier:

- Déclaration et prévision du chiffre d’affaires mensuel
- Envoi de comptes rendus business aux différents pays et relances
- Gestion de la facturation avec le service financier
- Suivi des paiements et de la facturation
- Gestion des avoirs client

Accompagnement des équipes client au quotidien:

- Point d’entrée du client pour les sujets financiers
- Accompagnement du client pour des demandes de prestations
- Élaboration de budget
- Suivi de planning
- Prévision de besoin en ressources
- Suivi de la rentabilité des projets
- Suivi du développement commercial des clients existants et de nouveaux clients avec le directeur de comptes

Outil collaboratif:

- Participer à l’amélioration continue des process, l’ergonomie et la recherche de solutions

Analyse et amélioration de la performance:

- Suivi des KPIs client et interne
- Identification de pistes d’amélioration continue

Votre profil:

- Etudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur, école de commerce, en stage de césure ou en dernière année, vous êtes passionné(e) par la gestion de projets et le travail en équipe, vous cherchez à vous orienter vers une dimension sales/account management.
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), polyvalent(e) et autonome, vous êtes force de proposition, bénéficiez d’un bon relationnel et vous cherchez une expérience riche où il vous sera confié de véritables responsabilités.
- Anglais écrit nécessaire, parler est un plus
- Parfaite maitrise d’Excel (Reporting, Création de tableaux de bord, TCD, Recherche V, etc.) la maîtrise de macro VBA est un plus.
- Maitrise de la suite office et de l’environnement MacOs.

Lieu et durée:
A pourvoir début septembre
Basé à Paris (15ème - Métro Balard)
Stage de 6 mois conventionné et temps plein
Pas d’alternance envisagée pour ce stage
Indemnité de stage - Étudiants en M1 : 900€ Étudiants en M2 : 1000€
