Adsearch est une société de conseil en recrutement spécialisé. Aujourdhui, ce sont plus dune centaine de consultants répartis dans 12 Divisions expertes et 11 Bureaux dans les plus grandes villes françaises qui accompagnent 1500 clients de toutes tailles (PME, ETI et Groupes internationaux).

Nous recrutons pour l’un de nos clients, start-up dans la EdTech, un **Customer Success Manager (H/F)** à Paris.

**Vos missions**:
Sous la responsabilité du Head of Customer Success, vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Onboarder les clients : paramétrer la solution, former les clients, gérer la recette et la mise en production de l’outil.
- Gérer un portefeuille clients et les accompagner dans leurs réflexions stratégiques marketing (référencement SEO/SEA, conversion, acquisition etc.).
- Maximiser la satisfaction et la rétention client et identifier les opportunités d’upsell / cross sell.
- Agir en tant que chef de projet et coordonner la mise en relation des clients avec les équipes techniques quand nécessaire.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplômé(e) Bac +5 d’école de commerce ,vous avez un excellent relationnel et sens du service client ainsi qu’une forte expérience en gestion de projet et marketing digital
- Excellente connaissance de l’écosystème digital et expérience en marketing digital
- Forte capacité d’adaptation et esprit agile pour pouvoir travailler dans un environnement start-up où les choses bougent très vite
