**TES MISSIONS CHEZ DANONE**:
La digitalisation des RH est un pilier essentiel de la stratégie des RH chez Danone. L'équipe Global HR Digitalization est responsable de toutes les initiatives globales de digitalisation des RH au sein de l'entreprise. Dans cette équipe, nous nous associons aux fonctions RH et au département IT pour fournir d'excellents produits, technologies et données RH, conduisant à la meilleure expérience employés de sa catégorie. Avec un double objectif d'amélioration de nos systèmes de base tout en conduisant l'innovation avec de nouvelles technologies, cette équipe très ambitieuse est l'endroit pour découvrir comment les projets numériques mondiaux sont gérés, dans un environnement international, très diversifié et au rythme rapide.
Le stagiaire HR Digitalization Engagement est rattaché au responsable Digital Workplace & Employee Experience et dirige la coordination transversale des initiatives d'engagement et de communication pour l'équipe. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la sensibilisation des utilisateurs, l'adoption et la satisfaction de nos diverses initiatives, systèmes et outils. En outre, vous veillerez à ce que l'accès aux informations, les guides d'utilisation et autres documents soient conviviaux, instructifs et faciles à trouver. En outre, dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous soutiendrez l'ensemble de l'équipe de numérisation des RH dans certains des projets en cours et des activités de gestion du changement.
**Vos activités clés**:
- Coordonner le calendrier des activités de communication et d'engagement pour s'assurer que nous avons une portée optimale auprès de nos publics.
- Assurer la coordination d'un réseau d'activistes numériques dans le monde entier, en tenant la communauté informée, actualisée et engagée, ainsi qu'en mettant à jour ses membres.
- Maintenir à jour nos canaux d'adoption et d'engagement avec un contenu pertinent (SharePoint, Workplace, etc.)
- Participer à nos réunions, en jouant un rôle actif dans l'anticipation de notre calendrier de communication et en tenant l'équipe au courant des initiatives en cours.
- Participer et initier des réunions et ateliers de projet, selon les besoins.
**LES + DE CE STAGE**:
- Jusqu’à 2 jours/semaine de télétravail
- Tu recevras une gratification allant de 1 120€ (Bac+4 et césure) à 1 300€ (Bac+5) brut/mois.
About you
Vous êtes enthousiaste et passionné par les domaines de l'innovation numérique, de la communication et des ressources humaines. Vous êtes intéressé par l'apprentissage de nouveaux outils et systèmes numériques et aimez découvrir comment les utiliser au maximum. Vous êtes débrouillard et aimez prendre des initiatives, capable de démontrer une réelle appropriation des tâches qui vous sont confiées. Vous parlez couramment l'anglais (le français ou une autre langue est un atout).
