About the job
HR Digitalization Manager will report into HR Digitalization Stream Leader - Rewards & OD. Day-to-day activities will include interact with internal stakeholders, e.g. Employee Services team, ITHR, OD functions, local contacts as well as other HR function colleagues. Externally, the position may be required to work with consultants of different activities.

Your main responsibilities are to guard and enhance the Position/People Management process in SuccessFactors with its connected systems, including:

Position/People Management Process in SuccessFactors:

  • Develop the roadmap of future enhancement to be implemented alongside the evolution of business needs & system readiness
  • Lead the business & ITHR teams in terms of defining projects and/or releases on the process, coordinate the implementation of the deliverables; signoff the deliverables from the HR digitalization ownership perspective
  • Identify interdependencies and risks, anticipate & raise flags as fast as possible when risk on project delivery (resources, time,), help on the prioritization
  • Explore the positioning of the Position/People management process in the bigger employee lifecycle management scope; identify enhancement with regards to system integrations and plan accordingly into the roadmap; manage integration topics with relevant stakeholders to land the required integrations
  • Animate the communication with local communities & make sure the data/process/user experiences factors around the topics are well understood and adopted by the users (global & local)
  • Deliver materials in the right format & answering in the most efficient manners all the changes + the new mindset: training, activation plan, communications for different channels
  • Take the feedback of users and incorporate into the roadmap preparation
  • Support the communications with HR digitalization steercos & relevant governance bodies

HR Digitalization Support to OD Function:

  • Work with the business leads of OD to understand the functional ambition & roadmap
  • Advise & align on the digitalization roadmap for the function with the ambition of drive both functional goal as well as HR digitalization ambition
  • Ensure functional needs are being well captured and studied with the relevant governance body to prioritize
  • Liaise with ITHR on roadmap validation & relevant resource allocation
About you

  • At least 2 years' experience in HR with knowledge on employee management process, specifically a clear understanding of the position & people differences & implications
  • Solid Project Management skills in terms of timeline, resource & deliverable tracking
  • Knowledge of Change Management with regards to trainings, communications & engaging communities and users
  • Understanding of SAP Success Factors functionalities is preferred
  • Capacity to anticipate as much as possible feedbacks & questions to be more proactive in our deliverables rigorous in the detailed
  • Comfortable with interactions with highlevel stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is a must
