**CONTEXT**
The HR department is looking for a HR Digitalization Engagement Intern.
HR Digitalization is a key pillar of the HR strategy at Danone. The Global HR Digitalization team is responsible for all Global HR Digitalization initiatives at the company. In this team, we partner with HR functions and the IT department to deliver excellent HR products, technology, data, driving best-in-class employee experience. With a dual focus of improving our core systems while driving innovation with new technology, this highly ambitious team is the place to discover how global digital projects are managed, within an international, highly diverse, and fast-paced environment.
**YOUR MISSIONS**
The HR Digitalization Engagement Intern reports to the Digital Workplace & Employee Experience manager and leads the transversal coordination of engagement & communication initiatives for the team. You will play a key role in driving user awareness, adoption, and satisfaction of our diverse initiatives, systems and tools. In addition, you will ensure that the access to information, user-guides and other documents are user-friendly, instructive, and easy to find. In addition, is this role, you will support the full HR Digitalization team in some of the ongoing projects and change management activities.
**Your key activities**:
- Coordinate the communication & engagement activities calendar to ensure we have optimal reach to our audiences
- Own the coordination of a network of Digital Activists worldwide, keeping the community informed, updated, and engaged, as well as updating its membership
- Maintain our adoption & engagement channels up to date with relevant content (SharePoint, Workplace, etc.)
- Attend our stand-up meetings, taking an active role to anticipate our communications calendar and keeping the team aware of current initiatives
- Participate & initiate project meetings & workshops as required.
**THE + OF THIS INTERNSHIP**:
- Up to 2 days/week of telecommuting
- You will be paid 1,120€ (Bac+4 and césure) or 1,300€ (Bac+5) gross/month.

You are enthusiastic with a passion for the fields of digital innovation, communications, and human resources. You are interested in learning new digital tools and systems and enjoys discovering how to use them to the max. You are resourceful and like to take initiative, able to demonstrate real ownership to the tasks assigned to you. You are fluent in English (French or another language is a plus).

L'équipe Global HR Digitalization est responsable de toutes les initiatives globales de digitalisation des RH au sein de l'entreprise. Dans cette équipe, nous nous associons aux fonctions RH et au département IT pour fournir d'excellents produits, technologies et données RH, conduisant à la meilleure expérience employés de sa catégorie. Avec un double objectif d'amélioration de nos systèmes de base tout en conduisant l'innovation avec de nouvelles technologies, cette équipe très ambitieuse est l'endroit pour découvrir comment les projets numériques mondiaux sont gérés, dans un environnement international, très diversifié et au rythme rapide.
