**Position Overview**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

Vos missions principales:
- En tant que Customer Service Associate, vous serez le gardien de la satisfaction de nos partenaires sur la population France et Benelux:
- Piloter les opérations de vente de A à Z, de la commande à la livraison
- Tisser des liens privilégiés avec nos clients B2B
- Collaboration étroite avec nos équipes de vente pour offrir une expérience client incomparable
- Optimisation des processus de commande et de livraison
- Analyse et reporting des indicateurs clés pour stimuler la performance
- Gestion proactive du réassort pour maximiser les ventes
- Résolution créative des litiges pour maintenir la satisfaction client
**Experience, Skills & Knowledge**
- Le profil que nous recherchons:
- 2 ans d'expérience en gestion commerciale ou service client
- Passionné(e) par le service client et doté(e) d'un relationnel hors pair
- Bonne maitrise d’Excel
- Un bon niveau d’anglais est apprécié
- Esprit d'équipe, curiosité et proactivité
- La connaissance de SAP est un plus
