About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Petit Bateau. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Incorporate and communicate the brand's values, mission, and history to customers.
    • Offer tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Recruit and retain customers through our CRM program and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet or exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Accompany customers through the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice.
    • Analyze sales results, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Store Operations
    • Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment, ensuring a premium customer experience.
    • Participate in visual merchandising, adhering to Petit Bateau standards (labeling, merchandising, PLV, folding, and cleanliness).
    • Implement and maintain stock management procedures (receiving, sending packages, restocking, storage, and inventory).
