The Role and What You’ll Do:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in compliance operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist the Senior Compliance Officer for adapting, implementing and monitoring On Location’s compliance programmes in France, including ethics, privacy, antitrust and other regulatory matters related to On Location’s business;
- Conduct research and analysis on various legal and compliance matters
- Draft and review compliance documents, such as policies, procedures and training
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on compliance topics
- Support the compliance team in various tasks related to risk management, due diligence, and investigations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to enhance legal and compliance operations

You Have These:

- 5-7 years of experience in the implementation and monitoring of compliance and privacy programmes, ideally in France. Experience of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Vast knowledge and expertise of French and European compliance legislation in the fields of anti-corruption, personal data and antitrust.
- Ability to transform abstract concepts into pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, in particular to explain compliance matters and On Location’s position to internal and external stakeholders.
- A rigorous and curious mind, a strong work ethic and a team player.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions:

- Contract Type: 7-month Fixed Term Contract
