LemonWay, #FinTech française, est un établissement de paiement agréé, spécialisé dans la nouvelle économie.
LemonWay collecte les paiements des clients des sites internet de la nouvelle économie : plateformes de financement participatif (crowdfunding), de l’économie du partage, des places de marché et des e-commerçants, tout en assurant la lutte contre la fraude et sécurisation des opérations de nos clients.
**LE POSTE**
L’expertise paiement est au cœur de l’activité de Lemonway et l’équipe Payments joue donc un rôle prépondérant dans cette mission. L’équipe, organisée autour de 4 pôles (Treasury & Cash Management, Payments Processing, Payments Risk & Payments Strategy), accompagne les collaborateurs et les clients sur les activités de paiements et de cash management.
Dans le cadre du remplacement d’un collaborateur, l’équipe Payments de Lemonway recherche son Cash Manager pour rejoindre le pôle Treasury & Cash Management) et accompagner Lemonway dans sa forte croissance (+ 40% de flux en 2022).
En tant que Cash Manager, vous serez amené.e à:
- Effectuer quotidiennement la gestion de la trésorerie de l’Etablissement en respectant les cut off ;
- Être responsable du bon respect des contraintes règlementaires de sécurisation des fonds (Cantonnement) ;
- Veiller à la bonne exécution des pay outs de nos clients selon les cut off de nos différents partenaires bancaires, veillez à l’identification des incidents, leur analyse et leur résolution ;
- Administrer l’outils de trésorerie : Sage Sxa et de connectivité bancaire SBE (nouveaux utilisateurs, reporting, nouvelle implémentation de banques ou de services bancaires) ;
- Etablir les KPIs mensuels ;
- Participer aux optimisations des processus de trésorerie (projets de nouvelles connectivités bancaire ou nouveaux services/fonctionnalité et mise à jour de documentation) ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe Payments mais aussi avec les autres équipes de Lemonway.
**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES / PREREQUIS**
- Vous avez un Master 2 en Finance ou en Gestion de trésorerie et vous justifiez d'une première expérience sur un poste de Cash Manager.
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience opérationnelle des paiements (y compris SWIFT et SEPA, Crossborder payments, Instant et Faster Payments) ;
- Vous maitrisez l’utilisation d’un TMS (idéalement Sage) et son administration fonctionnelle ;
- Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à solutionner des problèmes / incidents.
- Vous êtes proactif et force de proposition.
- Vous aimez partager vos connaissances du paiement.
**PROCESS DE RECRUTEMENT**
**1) **Manager Interview**
Au cours du premier round, vous aurez un entretien afin d'explorer votre parcours et vos motivations avec Esther, Head of Cash Management
**2) Entretien RH et Soft Skills Assessment**
Si vous passez avec succès le premier entretien, vous aurez ensuite un entretien avec Nina de l'équipe RH
**3) Entretien VP et la team**
Lors de de dernier entretien, vous aurez l'occasion de rencontrer Chloé, VP Payments ainsi qu'un membre de l'équipe
