Vos missions clés:
Piloter et délivrer les projets développant la performance du portefeuille de Pernod Ricard France tels que:
- Projets transversaux d’accélération de la croissance- Extension et intégration de nouvelles marques- Rationalisation et arrêt de marques
Par nature, le poste est évolutif, en mode projet et peut voir son scope d’intervention se développer selon l’évolution des besoins et des capacités Portfolio & Project manager
Vous participez à l’élaboration de la stratégie de portefeuille- Pilotage des projets transverses en lien avec le Responsable planning stratégique et le CI- Maestria-
- Recommandation et optimisation du portefeuille (ex : revue de la stratégie prestige)-
- Coordination du projet Simplify For Growth avec les équipes marketing, trade-marketing, commercial, DDO, finance.
Vous pilotez le pipeline d’innovation de PRF- Coordination et pilotage des projets innovation en lien avec tous les départements : marketing, trade-marketing, commercial, DDO, finance- Collaboration active avec PR Espagne sur la consolidation d’un pipeline innovation de la Management Entity Europe du Sud pour reporting au CODI Southern Europe- Suivi de la performance des innovations et recommandation d’arrêt, poursuite, boost
Vous intégrez de nouvelles marques- Pilotage du plan d’intégration de chaque nouvelle marque au sein du portefeuille de Pernod Ricard France, sur le marché français- Définition les objectifs de chaque marque, notamment dans le cadre des process budgets et plans, et les plans d’action qui en découlent en étroite collaboration avec les équipes dédiées- Coordination du lancement en lien avec l’externe et les équipes internes PRF
Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler - Vous au minimum 3 à 5 années d’expériences en Marketing, Gestion de projets, business development- Vous avez un fort leadership, vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et vous accompagnez le changement- Vous travaillez de façon transversale et cross fonctionnelle- Votre capacité à planifier et organiser l’activité, ainsi qu’à piloter plusieurs projets de front (multitasking) est reconnue- Vous avez une vraie rigueur d’analyse et de synthèse, vous maitrisez les études et panels- Vous êtes à l’aise à évoluer dans un environnement interne (politique générale, juridique ) et externe (univers cible, prestataires, influenceurs, veille ) riche- Vous avez une forte sensibilité à l’innovation, à la créativité et au digital- Vous parlez anglais et français couramment
