**Votre entrainement quotidien**:
Rattaché(e) au Head of Opérations, **le Gestionnaire des Opérations - Entreprise (B2B) (h/f)** _( ou Operations Manager - Corporate (B2B)_ seras en charge des processus administratifs et opérationnels de nos entreprises clientes. Tu sera amené à développer des relations privilégiées avec nos clients et de multiples interlocuteurs internes (finance, partenaires, Sales, CSM..).

Ton rôle est donc déterminant

Tu intégrera le pôle Opérations qui a pour mission d’assurer le support, le traitement des demandes administratives et l’amélioration continue de nos processus pour l’ensemble de notre communauté d’abonnés, entreprises & partenaires afin de fluidifier leur expérience au sein de Gymlib.
Tes principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Gérer **le traitement et contrôle des contrats **avec un accompagnement des équipes sales dans la création des contrats et la rédaction des clauses contractuelles exceptionnelles
- Identifier et valider les cas exceptionnels avec mise à jour des fiches d’information dans notre CRM ; suivi des remises ; définition des process à suivre )
- Veiller en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe comptable, au bon déroulement du processus de facturation mensuel
- Améliorer et optimiser nos processus afin de les rendre plus efficaces (points de frictions, tâches à automatiser, documentation de nos process )

**Votre niveau de fitness**:

- Tu as suivi une formation commerciale & administration des ventes
- Tu as **une première expérience dans la communication avec les clients** ainsi que dans l'administration et la satisfaction des clients est toujours ta priorité.
- Tu disposes d’une **communication parfaite** à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Rigoureux(se), impliqué(e) et engagé(e) tu fais preuve d’un excellent relationnel auprès de nos abonnés et partenaires
- Adaptable, à l’écoute et empathique, tu sais t’adapter à ton interlocuteur et proposer des solutions pour garantir sa satisfaction
- Énergisant(e), dynamique et enthousiaste, tu es une source de motivation au sein de l’équipe
- Engagé(e) et réceptif / réceptive au challenge, tu cherches toujours à donner le meilleur de toi même et les moments de rush ne te font pas peur
- Tu as une bonne connaissance du milieu sportif (réseau de salles, studios premium)
- ** A l’aise en anglais**, tu sais communiquer de manière fluide à l’écrit comme à l’oral
