**Marketing Operations Manager
- Paris France, Hybrid, Full time, Bilingual French/English Required**
PASQAL designs and develops quantum processors (QPUs: Quantum Processing Units) and associated software tools.
In addition to the exceptional computing power they deliver, QPUs are extremely energy-efficient, and will help to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.
As part of our hyper-growth strategy, we are recruiting a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen our Marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will oversee the technology and automation used by the marketing team, support the team in meeting our goals of optimizing technology to enable effective marketing at Pasqal, ensure high data quality, streamline marketing processes and help colleagues access that data to enable smarter decisions. **This is NOT a people management role. There will be no direct reports for this position.**
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to support the company's marketing objectives. Your main tasks will be as follows:
- **Process Management**: identifyy, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.
- **Marketing Analytics**: utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, channels, and initiatives. Make recommendations and implement optimization across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. And iterate on a continuous basis.
- **Marketing Automation**:Oversee marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline marketing workflows, manage customer data, and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Work with Business Operations to manage the health of our database and our lead management process in Salesforce.
- **Budget Management**: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenditures to ensure optimal utilization of funds.
- **Performance Measurement**:monitor performance, develop insights.
- **Segmentation**:manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
- **Lead Gen Management**: support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.
- **Data Management**:work closely with Business Operations to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
**About you**
You graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and have a proven track record of 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.1-2 years of experience in deep/high tech B2B is highly appreciated.
**Required skills**:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset, a passion for innovation and a desire to improve processes
- Experience in the technology or B2B sector
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices
- A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution
- Working knowledge of GDPR regulations
