**Descriptif du poste**

Depuis les débuts de Plüm énergie - désormais Octopus Energy France - nous travaillons d’arrache-pied pour fournir un service client vraiment différent, efficace et humain.

L’équipe Opérations, chargée de la satisfaction de nos client-e-s, est donc au cœur même de notre stratégie. Dans ce cadre, et afin d’accompagner notre croissance forte, nous voulons renforcer l’équipe avec des personnes enthousiastes.

Passionné-e par l’idée d’aider au mieux tes client-e-s et concerné-e par la transition énergétique, tu seras ambassadeur-rice de la marque En équipe, tu accompagneras un portefeuille de client-e-s particuliers dans la gestion de leur contrat d’énergie.

Les sujets seront variés : activation des contrats, suivi et conseils à la consommation, explication de factures ou des mensualités, support pour les paiements et aides sociales, gestion des déménagements ou encore pédagogie sur les spécificités du marché et des énergies renouvelables.

**Ce que tu auras à faire**:

- Accompagner tes client-e-s dans le suivi et la réduction de leur consommation d’énergie.
- S’assurer proactivement que les contrats de tes client-e-s ne rencontrent pas de problèmes, et trouver des solutions pour y remédier le cas échéant.
- Identifier et analyser des axes d’amélioration de notre service et de nos façons de faire.
- T’impliquer dans le développement et la croissance de l’équipe sur des sujets opérationnels, de recrutement, de formation initiale ou continue.

**Ce dont tu auras besoin**:

- Tu dois être autonome et responsable ; quand tu t’empares d’un sujet, tu le portes jusqu’au bout
- Tu as une maîtrise impeccable du français à l’oral et à l’écrit. Tu peux aussi tenir une conversation dans la langue de Shakespeare (nous appartenons à un groupe anglais et quelques échanges avec nos collègues outre-Manche sont à prévoir).
- Tu aimes et sais travailler en équipe.
- Lors d’un pic d’activité ou face à un cas difficile, tu sais résister au stress en restant rigoureu-x-se et organisé-e
- Tu es curieux-se et prêt-e à mettre le nez dans des factures de clients avec plein de chiffres partout
- Tu es authentique, sympa, et positif-ve :)
