We're looking for a **Customer Success Manager** to join our Sales team in **Paris**. As the first point of contact for our hospitality clients you'll manage their post-sales activities (except for technical support matters) to maintain customer satisfaction to a high level.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by being problem solving. Making sure we retain our customer base.
- Working together with a highly motivated CS and Sales team;
- Signal and find trends in customer requests so we can proactively serve our customers.
- Being on the phone queue as a point of contact for our customers
- Keep track of customer progress and activities in software tools like Salesforce and ChurnZero software;
And a little bit of
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.

**What you need to bring**:
We're a team of 18 CSM located in France, the UK, The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Our team is responsible for the satisfaction of our customers.
- Experience working with B2B customers, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment;
- **Excellent spoken and written French is a must.**:

- Good to very good spoken and written English.
- Hospitality experience is highly beneficial
