Le groupe Uni se développe sur toutes ses lignes métiers : Restauration à table principalement, mais également activité de Bar / Pub, ainsi que des postes de managers de transition.

Nous sommes aujourd’hui à la recherche d’un leader de salle pour notre établissements de restauration à Brignais.

Notre envie: partager une cuisine savoureuse et créative dans des cadres agréables, dans une ambiance positive.

Notre désir: transmettre et permettre à chacun de réaliser ses projets.

Vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Faire vivre à chacun, clients comme collègues, un beau et bon moment
- Avoir un lieu chaleureux, une équipe souriante et attentive aux clients
- Être le chef d’orchestre de la satisfaction clients
- Être créateur d'une ambiance saine et positive en étant exemplaire

Vous fidéliser vos équipes et transmettez votre savoir-faire en étant à l’écoute

Vous accompagnez les jeunes manager et les aidez à vivre leur parcours

Vous participez aux recrutements, en assurant une intégration réussie

Vous assurez le suivi RH avec le directeur

Vous maîtrisez la gestion et le contrôle

Vous faites vivre votre lieu de vie (salle, bar, cuisine)

Vous assurez les fermetures administratives

Vous participez aux commandes et suggestions pour la carte
