The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can manage multiple tasks throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list. As our Sales System Project Manager, you will join our high-performing TikTok Monetization & Strategy Operations team and provide support to our sales team managing our internal management tools. This role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve system processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project plans for CRM implementation projects including timelines and resource allocation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of CRM solutions, including technical teams, sales and marketing, customer support, and external vendors/partners
- Evaluate, prioritize and implement requests to align with business goals and process improvements and developments
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to CRM solutions, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, including status updates, issue resolution and stakeholder management
- Work with the product manager of various systems to identify opportunities for internal system improvement
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to individual contributors to ensure alignment and buy-in on CRM strategies and initiatives
- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities and duties related to CRM and business projects, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or analytical/numerate degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred
- Technical proficiency in related systems, such as SalesForce, Insightly, Tableau, and other MS Office Suite program
- As a highly autonomous environment, you will have the ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
- We pride ourselves on driving impact, so you will be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills is a must
