Filiale du groupe industriel ICE, Médiane Système, est une société d'ingénierie innovante spécialisée en électronique, systèmes embarqués et informatique industrielle. Médiane Système a construit son identité sur une expertise technique de haut niveau en proposant à ses clients, des prestations d'accompagnement au travers de ses départements R&D (DRD) et ConSulting (DCS).

Présente en France (région Parisienne, Rhône-Alpes, Midi-Pyrénées, PACA) et en Belgique, Médiane Système est partenaire de grands comptes industriels et de nombreuses PME. Du secteur automobile au médical, en passant par l'énergie, le ferroviaire, l'aéronautique ou bien les télécoms. Médiane Système intervient exclusivement sur les métiers de l'ingénierie système (logiciel embarqué, logiciel applicatif pour l'industrie, électronique numérique et analogique, banc de tests) dans des environnements technologiques de pointe.

**Le poste**:
Pour l'un de nos clients, situé sur le bassin grenoblois, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Project Manager. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes de business developer et les account developer de la Région, vos activités sur le poste seront de:

- Contribuer au foisonnement et au développement des comptes client existants en coordination avec les account developer et/ou business developer de la région
- Réaliser les dossiers techniques de réponse à appel d'offres des projets traditionnels et contribuer à leur proposition commerciale
- Contribuer aux négociations de projets pour les clients existants et les nouveaux clients
- Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié du client au quotidien pour les questions opérationnelles
- Vous contrôlez le périmètre de l'activité (cohérence entre périmètre contractuel et activité réelle), en veillant à la contractualisation (contrat, LON, commandes,

spécifications, ) et en organisant la réponse à l'ensemble des demandes d'évolution du client
- Manager les modifications techniques sur les produits de votre portefeuille en animant les équipes interne pour assurer le planning et la mise en œuvre.
- Assurer la gestion, la valorisation et la revente au client des modifications et surcoûts internes (Matière, MO, stock)
- Mettre en place un reporting d'informations concernant vos projets série (tableaux de bord, KPIs), assurer la mise en œuvre des plans de convergence QCD, obtenir les décisions managériales adaptées à la tenue des objectifs
- Etre garant de la rentabilité de vos projets existants (chiffre d'affaires, EBITDA et Marge sur Coûts Variables) en veillant à l'identification des pistes de réduction des coûts (Matière, MO)

Sur le poste, vous serez également responsable de la préparation technique de l'offre, ce qui vous chargera de:

- Préparer le dossier de réponse à l'appel d'offre
- Coordonner la préparation de l'offre technique, avec les équipes d'achat, ingénierie, production, commerce, etc.
- Etre responsable de la qualité du dossier remis, et notamment de son adéquation aux attentes du client (solution technique, niveau de prix attendu, etc.)
- Etre garant de la tenue des délais de réponse

**Profil**:
Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur et/ou d'un Master 2, vous possédez des expériences significatives et réussies en management de projets transversaux (animation, gestion, gouvernance,)

Connaissances clés nécessaires (Savoirs):

- Connaissances des procédés de fabrication électroniques & produits électroniques
- Fabrication / test / caractérisation produits électroniques, design produits électroniques (cycle en V, jalons clés)
- Supply chain (stock, consignation, MOQ, variabilité)
- Connaissance en ERP
- Anglais courant (anglais des affaires & anglais techniques) est indispensable
