Notre filiale VAISALA France SAS, située à Saclay (91) est un fournisseur incontournable d’instruments de mesures atmosphériques pour l’analyse des profils de vent, grâce à une technologie laser LIDAR (à dominante optique, photonique et électronique). Ses différents marchés sont l’industrie éolienne, les aéroports internationaux, la météorologie et la qualité de l’air. VAISALA France réalise son chiffre d’affaire principalement à l’international sur les 5 continents
**Missions**
**_Vaisala France propose un stage en expérience client sur le management de l’insatisfaction client. Vous serez rattaché.e au Customer Success Manager du service PCS (Project & Costumer Service) de la partie Weather du groupe Vaisala, et serez en charge de :_**
- Regrouper les retours d’enquêtes de satisfaction client.
- Identifier les actions réalisées sur les retours négatifs et positifs.
- Calculer le coût d’une réclamation client pour les produits du groupe et plus particulièrement celui du Lidar.
- Evaluer le ROI d’une réclamation client.
- Appréhender, proposer et mettre en place le « complaint model » sur un ou plusieurs types de produits.

Formation Ecole d’Ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisée dans l’informatique/le traitement de l’information
