Tout en assurant un fonctionnement continu des installations 24h/24 et 7j/7, l’équipe technico-opérationnelle fournit un retour d'expérience aux équipes internes de recherche et de développement.

Nous recherchons des Techniciens de maintenance / Électromécaniciens
En tant que technicien de maintenance vous êtes en charge d'assurer les opérations de maintenance curative et préventive dans notre entrepôt automatisé. Nos équipements sont de type: systèmes robotisés, convoyeurs à bande, navettes, grues, élévateurs en spirale. Vous recevrez une formation spécifique sur les Robots Ocado qui sont une technologie unique au monde.
Votre mission:
Le technicien de Maintenance est chargé de veiller au bon fonctionnement du système de production en le maintenant dans un état optimum
- Connaître et appliquer les consignes du site Ocado en matière de sécurité et de santé au travail (Politique de Sécurité, règlement intérieur, consignes et risques au poste de travail).
- Réaliser les interventions de maintenance Préventive du parc machine : - En accord avec le responsable du shift, - Suivant le planning, - Suivant la disponibilité de la machine.
- Diagnostiquer et contrôler les équipements.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des performances et disponibilités des machines.
- Enregistrer toutes activités et pièces de rechange utilisées au moyen d’un ordre de travail géré par une GMAO
- Participer aux groupes de travail de résolution de problèmes. Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration de performance des équipements.
- Réaliser des rapports d’intervention très bien documentés pour permettre des analyses de qualité.
- Participer activement aux réunions de passage de consigne.
Vos compétences:
- Analyser des données statistiques de maintenance
- Contrôler surveiller et entretenir les équipements
- Diagnostiquer les éventuels dysfonctionnements sur les équipements
- Détecter l’origine d’une panne
- Organiser et programmer les activités et opérations de maintenance
Proposer des solutions pour optimiser sécurité et performance des matériels Maîtriser les logiciels de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur
- Renseigner les supports de suivi d’intervention
- Transférer et capitaliser l’information
- Respecter les règles de sécurité
- Travailler en équipe y compris à distance
Votre profil:
- Titulaire d'une formation bac+2/3 en maintenance industrielle et/ou électrotechnique
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience minimum de 2 ans en maintenance
- Vous possédez des compétences en électricité industrielle
- Vous avez des notions en automatisme et en informatique industrielle
- Vous possédez de bonnes capacités de communication.
- Vous lisez et comprenez l’anglais technique.
- Vous lisez et comprenez le français technique.
A l’issue de l’entretien vous passerez un test.
