**Vivre l'aventure Dalma, c'est quoi ?**:
Lancée en avril 2021 par 3 co-fondateurs passionnés par le bien-être animal : Alban de Préville, Raphaël Sadaka et Harry Belinga, Dalma est l’assurance santé pour chiens et chats qui connaît la croissance la plus rapide en France

**Notre promesse** : aider les propriétaires d’animaux à garantir le bien-être de leur compagnon grâce à une assurance 100 % digitale, transparente, et sans franchise, remboursant les frais vétérinaires en 48h et permettant d’accéder à du contenu éducatif et des conseils gratuits et illimités de vétérinaires.

Nous avons **une ambition claire**: révolutionner le marché du bien-être des chiens et chats en devenant le partenaire privilégié des parents d’animaux

Deux an et demi après son lancement:
**+ de 45 000 chiens et chats protégés au quotidien** **Une levée de fonds de 15 millions d’euros en série A** **Une équipe qui est passée de 3 à plus de 50 talents et qui ne cesse de grandir**

Si tu rêves de pouvoir caresser des chiens et chats au bureau toute la journée, que tu es passionné(e) par le bien être de nos compagnons à 4 pattes, que tu as la truffe d'un chien en fond d'écran, tu es au bon endroit

**️ Tes missions**:
**Graphisme digital**

Pour nos réseaux sociaux, nos newsletters ou encore nos ads, on aura besoin de toi pour créer tous ces contenus en France et en Allemagne

**Prise de photo & Vidéo**

Chez Dalma, on fait tout nous-même. Donc prépare toi à prendre des photos d’une main, pendant que tu agites une friandise de l’autre. Il se passe rarement quelques semaines sans qu’on prenne un chat ou un chien en photo. De la conception du brief, à la prise de son, au dérushage et au montage, tu travailleras sur toutes les étapes de la conception de nos contenus.

**Motion design**

Tu travailleras aussi sur du contenu 100 % animé. Que ce soit donner vie à nos illustrations ou dynamiser nos vidéos filmées, tu seras amener à créer avec After Effects

**Graphisme print**

Tu travailleras sur plein de supports différents : des affiches qui seront visibles dans tout Paris et Berlin, des flyers dans toutes les cliniques vétos de France, ou encore un stand de 18m2 pour un salon véto. Il y a toujours de nouveaux projets chez Dalma

**Illustration**

Ici, on met tous la main à la pâte pour les illus Rassure-toi, on a déjà une sacré banque constituée, mais pour un nouveau projet, on peut avoir besoin de nouveaux dessins

**Veille créative**

Chez Dalma, on pense qu’un bon créatif est un créa stimulé. Donc régulièrement, on se partage des références : des illustrateurs, des nouvelles typos, des films etc. - on fait aussi des sorties musée ou des ateliers créatifs, tout ce qu’on peut pour entretenir notre petite flamme.

**Qui tu es**:
Bac +4/5, tu suis une formation au sein d'une école d’arts appliqués, de graphisme et direction artistique, marketing ou communication.

Créatif.ve et à l'affut des nouvelles tendances, tu ne manques pas d'idées et tu aimes les partager à la team

La suite Adobe n'a déjà pas de secret pour toi. Tu as des bases solides sur Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign.

Tu as un attrait pour le motion design. After effect ne te fait pas peur

Tu as un fort interêt pour la prise de vues photo / vidéo.

Tu as un oeil sur la culture social media et à l’affut des “trends” du moment.

Les animaux te sont irrésistibles

**Processus de recrutement**:

- 1er Call avec Johan, ton futur Manager autour de ton parcours et ton portfolio (1h)
- Un cas pratique à préparer à la maison et le debrief avec Léa, ta future N+2 (1h)
- Un Teamfit avec Claire, head of People (30min) et Inès de la team Brand (30 min).
