**It welcomes**:
One classroom of 16 children aged 2-3 (Toddlers)
Two classrooms of 25 children aged 3 to 6 (Children's Houses)
Members of the Montessori 21 network, bilingual French-English, the school is member of the Association Montessori de France and the Association Montessori Internationale.
Each child benefits from a personalized school follow-up as much on the progress of his/her learning as on his/her social and emotional development. The team, made up of qualified and experienced professionals, is attentive to the needs of the child and his/her family.

The school is located at 8 rue Jules Gautier in Nanterre, near Place Boule (Bus) and RER A, Nanterre Ville.

**Description du poste**:
**MISSIONS**:
As part of a team of Montessori educators, and under the responsibility of the Director, you will provide support to 25 young children aged 3 to 6 in our children's house. You will work with our French-speaking AMI Montessori educator.

**Your role**:
The child
To be able to give Montessori presentations
Provide a linguistic and cultural immersion in English for the children, parents and team throughout the day
To support children in their learning according to their needs and their own pace
Support the child's physical and psychological development in a caring manner by listening to their needs
Plan and monitor children's progress on Transparent Classroom
Create a classroom atmosphere around themes and projects
Preparing the environment
Preparing the classroom in a harmonious way
Keep the classroom clean and tidy
The team
Communicate in a caring way with the other members of the teaching team; share observations made with the children; decide jointly on improvements to be made to the classroom.
The parents
Create and maintain a link with parents by talking to them on a regular basis
Discuss their child's progress at regular meetings.

**Profil recherché**:
Training and Experience
Montessori diploma.
Perfect English speaker
Your qualities and skills are
Listening, benevolence, humility, empathy
Rigor, autonomy, adaptability, confidentiality, observation skills
Strength of proposal, ability to work in a team

**Type of contract**: CDI.

**Working hours**: Full time - school days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, except school vacations) : 8am - 5pm. No after-school activities.

**Remuneration**: to be defined according to experience and diploma

**Starting date**: 24 August 2023
