Description du poste
SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES recherche un(e) project manager afin de participer au déploiement de l’hydrogène zéro carbone comme solution au changement climatique, et de contribuer à construire un modèle social plus durable.
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Assurer la gestion de projets dans toutes les phases du projet, depuis le développement de la stratégie, la conception, la planification du projet jusqu'à la mise en œuvre et la mise en service dans le domaine de la construction d'installations ;
- Assurer la gestion des membres de l'équipe de projet pour mettre en œuvre les objectifs définis du projet ;
- Être le responsable de la planification des ressources, des budgets et du calendrier, y compris la détermination du budget ;
- Assurer le respect et la mise en œuvre des directives de sécurité, des objectifs de coûts, de la qualité et des délais pour les projets ;
- Contrôler de la conformité aux données du plan approuvé (coûts, dates, qualité, contenu) et de la prise des mesures correctives nécessaires en cas de déviations ;
- Implication de toutes les instances concernées par le projet ainsi que des décisions et de l'intégration des différents intérêts, y compris la gestion des risques et la résolution des problèmes ;
- Participation aux processus de vente, à la mise en œuvre et à la préparation de présentations techniques sur les thèmes du domaine concerné ;
- Mettre en place des rapports internes et externes sur le projet.
**Qualifications**:
Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 10 ans dont 5 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires,
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils de gestion (MS project et MS office),
Vous êtes un expert dans l'analyse fonctionnelle des produits, ainsi que des différentes étapes de son fonctionnement, jusqu'au contrôle des processus,
Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation, vous savez faire preuve de polyvalence et d'autonomie dans votre travail,
La maîtrise de l'anglais, de l'allemand ou de l'italien est un plus.
