Rattaché au Directeur des Ventes vous êtes responsable de la relation client sur un un portefeuille de clients spécifiques OEM.
Vous assurez le suivi d’un important portefeuille de clients avec un objectif de croissance dans le cadre de la stratégie de développement de l’entreprise. En tant que Business Driver, vous portez l'ensemble de l'offre de l'entreprise (Produits, Services et Solutions). Pour atteindre vos objectifs, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec un(e) Technico-Commercial(e) Interne.
**Rôles + Challenges:
- La gestion et le développement de comptes OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) ayant un fort potentiel de développement
- L’élaboration d’une stratégie de vente pour maximiser les opportunités de croissance, du cross-selling et des parts de marché
- La standardisation des fournitures et des services
- La digitalisation des échanges commerciaux
- La participation aux réseaux internes et externes dédiés aux OEM et l’alignement avec les process de l’entreprise. L’analyse de la performance des ventes et l’identification des opportunités d'amélioration.
**Profil + Parcours:
- De formation Bac +2/3 (BTS CIRA, DUT Mesures Physiques, Licences professionnelles) à Bac +5 ou diplôme d’Ingénieur idéalement complétée par une expérience commerciale.
- Vous témoignez d’une première expérience de la vente dans le domaine de l’instrumentation ou d’un environnement connexe (mécanique des fluides, régulation). Vous avez une bonne connaissance du tissu économique du secteur concerné.
- Autonome, votre fibre commerciale, votre capacité d’initiative ainsi que votre esprit d’équipe seront les clés de votre réussite.
- Vous avez le goût du challenge, vous disposez d'une aisance relationnelle et d’un fort esprit d’équipe Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et tenace
Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI avec localisation sur le secteur géographique concerné. Poste en itinérance incluant un véhicule de fonction.
