**Reporting to Le Wagon’s Head of CRM**, you will be mainly responsible for:

- Designing and executing multi-touch campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
- Segmenting our user base to create tailored campaigns and improve the user experience
- Analyzing and improving campaign performance metrics
- Providing training and support to the Regional Marketing team to ensure effective use of our CRM platform (Hubspot)

Your Mission:_**

**Copywriting & Marketing campaigns**
- Create and maintain campaign copy, ensuring all messaging is on-brand and effective.
- Identify new segments for tailored campaigns and improve the user experience.
- Identifying opportunities for automation, creating workflows, and testing campaigns to ensure their effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on messaging and segmentation to Regional Marketing Team, ensuring campaigns are well executed with personalisation and that CRM (Hubspot) is well used at their level.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform and optimize future campaigns.
- Analyze our customer journey to identify drop-offs and suggest solutions.

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies. Manage their requests.
- Support the Regional Marketing manager team in the execution and follow-up of their campaigns - messaging, and segmentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking ways to improve the performance and effectiveness of our CRM efforts.

**You will work closely with our**:

- **Regional Marketing Managers (spread all over the world)** to help them to create the right campaigns with the right audience for getting better results and to ensure that we are aligned on the CRM strategy.
- **Brand Team** that is in charge of all creative assets production
- **CRM ops Specialist **for all automations

**_Main Projects and achievements for the first three months_**
- Refine our lead qualification process, focusing on improving the MQL to SQL ratio.
- Work on a welcome kit/onboarding sequence for each new lead.
- Optimize our recurring campaigns (early bird, last seats, etc.) and suggest new campaigns to be set up.

**This is the role for you if you have**:

- **Background of 1-2 years in lead nurturing/CRM management** and customer journey mapping for B2C.
- **Experiences with Marketing Automation and CRM software (Hubspot)**: campaign set-up, report, and dashboard creation, data sync management.
- **Strong copywriting skills**, with experience creating effective campaign messaging
- **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Strong leadership** and project management skills
- **Analytical skills**, with experience using data to inform and optimize campaigns. confident to dive into data for insights and actionable ideas.
