The objective of this new role is to commercialize CSL Seqirus products in France. This role will focus on establishing and overseeing CSL Seqirus business in France. Working with senior leadership and cross functionally, this role will lead key strategic planning efforts including development of market entry strategies, product launch strategies, long range planning forecasts, supply vs demand outlook, marketing and sales. This role will assess and established the required resources for commercial success. You role and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited to:
**1. Lead activities to develop market for CSL Seqirus products in France**
- Lead cross functional team (Medical, Market Access, Policy, HEOR, Communications) to achieve successful reimbursement of CSL Seqirus products in France.
- Build launch plans including key activities for market access, stakeholder engagement, communications / PR, education and promotion, product supply and release. Ensure buy-in of key internal stakeholders
- Strategic and Budget Plan development, alignment with the Global and International teams.
- Sales forecast and budget development
- Brand/portfolio strategic positioning
- Input to global product strategy through participation in Global Brand Teams
- Create competitive differentiation and competitive advantage
- Achieve full alignment around the brand strategy and execution with internal cross functional stakeholders.
- Lead policy strategy development to protect market share and drive revenue growth. Building on Real world evidence insights to drive growth.
- Drive new product launches and manage policy and pricing with cross functional engagement
- In-depth knowledge of the Health environment in France, Influenza recommendations and policy
- In-depth knowledge of France reimbursement environment
- Identify and partner with relevant Sales Organisations to ensure strong sales presence in all relevant customer channels
- Financial oversight to ensure robust budgets are defined and managed accordingly

**2. Build Marketing and Sales team to support CSL Seqirus products in France**
- Responsible for identifying and justifying the growth of Commercial headcount requirement
- Lead cross functional team to define and deliver commercialisation strategy of CSL Seqirus products in France both short and long term.
- Lead Brand Managers to develop and execute the marketing activities
- Develop the skills of Brand Managers
- Lead Sales Resource
- Collaborate with CSL Vifor colleagues to enable supporting function excellence for vaccines - Customer Service, Quality, Pharmacovigilance; HR; etc
- Manage relationships with Key Immunisation Stakeholders
- Responsible for the launch of future CSL Seqirus products in France

**3. Compliance**
- Act at all times in a manner that is consistent with the CSL Values and Behaviours
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, training and regulations e.g. Code of Practice, financial processes
- This role will be a member of the North Western Europe Leadership Team and will participate in key activities that support, role model, and amplify the organisational Leadership Capabilities

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or Healthcare discipline
- MBA or other graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years relevant healthcare experience, including experience in or with commercial functions involving strategy development (e.g. marketing, commercial development, market access & pricing, etc.)
- Experience in international markets a plus
- Vaccine experience a plus
- Commercial / business development experience a plus
- Fluent in French, Multi-lingual a plus

**Travel requirements**

Regional travel and occasional global meetings.
