En relation directe avec la Responsable de l'activité Aura, marque du Groupe spécialisée dans les Accessoires (accessoires de packaging, objets promotionnels et coffrets), vous aurez pour missions:

- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients existants ;
- Prospecter et développer des nouveaux comptes ou des comptes « en sommeil » principalement sur le marché du luxe et de la cosmétique ;
- Etudier avec chacun des prospects et clients leur besoin précis ;
- Être force de proposition (RSE, analyse de la valeur, créativité) ;
- Participer à la conception des produits avec vos interlocuteurs internes et externes ;
- Elaborer des offres commerciales personnalisées afin de répondre aux mieux aux attentes et spécifications de vos clients, en collaboration avec notre équipe Achats et Développements ;
- Assurer une action de reporting régulier de votre activité commerciale ;
- Elaborer la stratégie de développement de vos clients ;
- Participer activement au développement de l’activité Accessoires en échangeant en permanence avec les équipes de l’ensemble du Groupe Pochet basées en France et en Asie.

Vous êtes le véritable chef d’orchestre de tous vos projets, de la signature à la réalisation
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (type école de commerce), vous avez une expérience significative de 3 à 5 ans, idéalement acquise dans le secteur des cosmétiques et/ou du luxe ;
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (indispensable), une autre langue serait un plus ;
- Vous êtes autonome dans le développement de votre portefeuille, dynamique et entrepreneur(se), la réalisation de vos objectifs, la satisfaction et la fidélisation de vos clients constituent les fondements de votre motivation ;
- Vous faites preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et d'un esprit d'équipe qui garantiront votre épanouissement et votre performance au sein d'une structure à taille humaine ;
- Vous êtes force de propositions et d'initiatives, vous savez convaincre des interlocuteurs de haut niveau et leur proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins ;
- Vous savez faire preuve de créativité, d'une très bonne écoute et d'un excellent relationnel, vous faites la différence sur un marché très concurrentiel.
