Nous sommes à la recherche d'un
**Team Lead Data H/F** dans le cadre d'un CDI.
L’équipe Data, au cœur de l’offre de conseil, connaît une très belle croissance. Le Team Lead devra accompagner une équipe de 8 consultants data dans leur développement, et collaborer avec le top management dans la structuration de l’équipe.
Mission:
Vous avez la responsabilité d’une équipe de 8 consultants Data, de profils complémentaires (Data analysts et data ingénieurs).
Vous les accompagnerez sur leur montée en compétences, et vous mettrez votre énergie pour:
- Apporter de la valeur aux clients sur les projets opérationnels
- Relayer l’expertise métier des équipes en interne
En collaboration avec le directeur de l’équipe Data, vous serez également amené à:
- Contribuer à étoffer l’offre sur les sujets liés à la data et participer au développement commercial pour l’équipe
- Accompagner les consultants sur leur parcours de carrière, en leur fixant des
objectifs, et en leur donnant les moyens de les atteindre.
Diplômé d’un bac +5, vous avez au moins 4 années d’expérience en Data Marketing.
Passé par un cabinet de conseil, ou dans l’équipe Data d’un annonceur, la gestion de projet n’a pas de secret pour vous.
Vous maîtrisez la communication orale et écrite, et bien sûr la Data.
Bon niveau d'anglais demandé.
Vous maîtrisez:
- La gestion de projet,
- Le management,
- La compréhension des sujets Data.
La connaissance d’un des sujets sur lesquels votre équipe peut-être amenée à travailler peut être un plus:
- Analyse de données (Statistiques descriptives, segmentations, scorings, etc)
- Web analytics et tracking
- Projets de reportings (Tableau, Data Studio, etc)
- Développement de scripts d’automatisation
- Mise en place de Customer Data Platform (CDP)
