Dans un marché en pleine transformation, Stelliant a décidé de lancer un nouveau projet d’entreprise pour les quatre prochaines années avec pour objectif d’apporter à ses clients des offres de services complémentaires et à valeur ajoutée.

Avec un ambitieux projet de transformation digitale, la Direction des Systèmes d’Information fait évoluer son Système d’Information en profondeur afin qu’il soit en phase avec la vision stratégique du Groupe.

Au sein de cette DSI jeune et dynamique, nous souhaitons recruter un Knowledge Print Manager H/F.

**Knowledge Manager**

**BUILD **:Assure le concept du go to market projets
- Prend la connaissance auprès des chefs de projet (applicatifs et/ou infrastructure), Product Owners et métiers, et s’assure de la transition vers les équipes opérationnelles (Support, Exploitation, Infogéreur et Opérateur le cas échéant dans le cadre des prises en charge, )

**RUN **:Assure l’amélioration continue
- En collaboration avec l’incident manager, récupère et synthètise les remontées du Service Desk niveau 1 et 2, et en lien avec les RUN indicateurs d’activité, signaux faibles et incidents majeurs.
- Rédaction et maintien à jour des fiches de résolution dans une base de connaissance dynamique, pertinente, et s’assure de sa bonne adoption par le Support

**Contribution **:Outils du support
- Environnement : s’assurer que les outils du Support sont en adéquation directe avec les outils métiers et de leur bon fonctionnement pour la reproductibilité des incidents
- Boite à outils : centraliser les remontées de bugs ou souhaits d’évolution pour les partager avec le développeur et les planifier
- Rédiger et soumettre des fiches d’évolution ou identifier des outils de diagnostic dédiés à destination des équipes développement ou intégration

**Communication **:Maintien le lien avec
- Les métiers afin de capitaliser les connaissances et informations à leur attention.
- Les Product Owner, Chefs de Projets, Incident Manager
- Les utilisateurs finaux, en contribuant à la mise place d’une base de connaissance à leur intention

**Participation**: à l’intégration des nouveaux outils, applicatifs, et des nouvelles populations

Adopte un rôle de « user experience » pour travailler en parallèle sur les process avec la bureautique et gestion de parc;
**Print Manager**
- Maintien à jour la liste des équipements d’impression Konica du groupe et l’ensemble des documents d’exploitation.
- Créé et maintien à jour la base de connaissance pour les équipes Support (fiches d’installation et de résolution d’incident, modes opératoires de reprise d’activité suite à incidents de masse ou infra.
- S’assure de leur bonne compréhension et adoption par les équipes Support.
- Gère et maintien à jour les outils de pilotage et de supervision, en lien avec le fournisseur
- Participe et contribue aux déménagements des sites Stelliant en organisant avec le fournisseur les déménagements des copieurs (devis, bons de commande, planification), en lien étroit avec les Services internes.

Vous devez être diplômé d’un Bac+2 de filière technique.

Vous devez avoir au minimum une expérience de 5 ans dans le domaine (stage compris).

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques

Savoir diagnostiquer et analyser des dysfonctionnements matériels et logiciels

Savoir rédiger des procédures et élaborer des reportings

Maitrise Windows 10, Office 365, WiFi, 4G

Macro-connaisance d’un SI au sens large

Prise de recul
